We are a premier gym just north of Hixson, TN. We offer a wide range of Life Fitness/Hammer Strength equipment, cardio equipment, power racks, cable section, group fitness room, sauna, tanning bed, hydromassage table, and personal training. If that isn’t enough, we have an indoor walking track as well!
